Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT will begin processing the next business day.
  • No processing or shipping on weekends or US federal holidays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Speed & Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders to eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase.
  • Standard delivery time after dispatch: 7–15 business days (all regions).
  • Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 8–18 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak seasons.

3. Service Regions & Transit Notes

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Transit Time (all countries): 7–15 business days.
  • Remote/Rural Areas: Some regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Scottish Highlands, Canadian Territories, rural NZ) may require an additional 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • AU: Australia Post, StarTrack
  • NZ: NZ Post

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • To request an address change, email sp@91glowup.store within 1 hour of placing your order. Include your Order Number and correct address.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. PO Boxes & Remote Areas

  • We can deliver to PO Boxes in select regions via local postal carriers; delivery may take longer than standard estimates.
  • Remote/rural addresses may add 2–5 business days to transit times.

7. Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you for reshipment arrangements.
  • Additional reshipment fees may apply if the return was due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, please contact us at sp@91glowup.store.
  • Claims for lost parcels must be filed within 30 days of the original shipping date.

9. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
  • Recipients are responsible for import VAT, GST, duties, or customs fees collected by the carrier upon delivery.

10. Pre-orders & Split Shipments

  • Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeframe shown on the product page.
  • In-stock items may be shipped separately from pre-order items at no extra cost.
